Physical Fitness

Staying physically active not only helps in being physically healthy but also in the overall well-being. It helps with your emotional balance and alignment of body and mind. A regular routine helps with mood upliftment and to feel energetic.

Today with the kind of work hours people are expected to put physical fitness takes a back seat. People feel stressed and burnt out with the focus on work, sometimes driven by insecurity and anxiety. As a result, the entire lifestyle goes for a toss.

We provide you with a simple online routine that you can now do from the convenience of your home. Combining the benefits of yoga and pilates we help you strengthen your core muscles, be more flexible, correct your posture so you can avoid neck and back pains. Our clients benefitted from these routines whether it is weight loss, building their self-esteem and confidence.

Our sessions happen online in the evening for 45 minutes per session and three sessions a week.

Emotional Issues

Our worldview that we have today is the result of how our parents saw the world (especially the mother) and in what sort of environment we grew up. Our personality is influenced by heredity and environment. An abuse when we were a child, constant exposure to parents fighting, criticism of whatever we do, traumatic experiences and a lot more leaves an imprint on us. 

Each experience results in certain feelings which remains with us over a period of time. Perhaps, we are angry at our parents for not paying attention to the abuse that we went through, scared of the constant aggressive behavior seen in the family, anxious about being isolated due to family disputes, low self-esteem and worth due to constant criticism and conditional love, guilt because of what we did, envious due to comparison with others. 

Each person carries these emotional baggage, a set of unresolved emotions. This impacts the way we make or break relationships, our lack of confidence in our abilities, lack of trust, inability to cope with situations, fear of many things.

We provide a safe place for you to share your inner most secrets without being judged. Your respect and your privacy is of utmost importance to us and hence all our sessions are confidential. Where there is a need we may recommend therapy to address some of the deeper wounds that you may have suppressed or to bring out the repressed memories so that we can help you heal.

While we prefer to have such sessions in person due to situational aspects we may have to do it over a video call.

Mindset Growth

I am not good enough, I am not confident, I am not a good leader, I am not meant for public speaking are some of the beliefs along with many others we may have developed over a period of time. Not only thoughts about our self but also develop thoughts about others and the world. Thoughts are very significant because it generates the emotions in us and this in turn leads to a reaction or response which is the behavior. To change the way we behave we need to identify these beliefs and convert them to empowering beliefs. At times, you may have the capability to do things but the beliefs may hold you back.

Coaching is a way we help you to reflect and uncover your beliefs. Using the Enneagram as a tool we discover your personality type and in the process identify the beliefs and how to work around it. Typically, we start with a couple of sessions to make you more self-aware and then based on the need we look at different life areas of career, relationships, health, wealth, self and set goals.

The way it works is when you show interest we will have a 10 minute call to see if and how we can help you. If we can then we have a free 45-minute session to plan the approach and then we enrol you for coaching sessions. You can learn more about the coach and the programs by visiting this page.

Spiritual Growth

Sometimes it looks like we are living like a football getting kicked around by all around us. There comes a phase in life we ask ourselves what are we doing? We realize that we have been wanting that happy life and looking for it everywhere but within us. It is then we want to make that U-turn and look to go back to that state of bliss that we once enjoyed as a child.
