Corporates can have powerful strategies, state of art technologies, robust structure. However, if the culture of the organization does not support any of these then growth becomes a challenge. What brought us to our present is not enough to take us to the future. When we say culture we refer to the collective behavior of the people in the organization, the human processes and how the policies and systems reflect the values of the organization.
