In these counselling sessions, we work through:

• The emotions you suppress but keep carrying
• How to set boundaries without guilt
• How to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded
This phase helps you understand why you feel the way you do — and gives you tools to respond differently in real life.

Bars sessions help you let go of:
• Mental overthinking

• Physical stress stored in the body

You walk out feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more centred.
A Journey Shaped Around You
There’s no fixed number of sessions — you get the support you need at your pace. Some come for 2–3 sessions, others stay longer for deeper transformation. You can choose counselling only, Bars only, or a blend of both.
