This is a simple, warm conversation where you talk about the things that are draining you or weighing on your mind –

There’s no fixed number of sessions — you get the support you need at your pace. Some come for 2–3 sessions, others stay longer for deeper transformation. You can choose counselling only, Bars only, or a blend of both.
