I am taking one-on-one session with Ms Nithya which has been a great experience. I had some back and shoulder issues which have significantly improved due to targeted exercises with her guidance. My overall agility has improved since I have been working with her. I intend to continue my sessions with her long term and will strongly recommend her.

I’m attending Nithya’s Pilates session for the last three years and I enjoy these sessions with her.
